Balancing work and home life can be challenging, but it becomes manageable with intentional strategies. Set Clear Boundaries as per work hours .Stick to defined start and end times for work.Avoiding checking emails or taking calls during family or relaxation time unless it’s urgent.Plan  to block time for both work tasks and personal commitments.Focus on the most important tasks to reduce overwhelm.Discussing with team at work and ar home know your availability and when you’re off-limits. Discuss  your work schedule with family to set expectations and avoid interruptions.Turn off non-essential notifications during family or rest time.Use productivity tools  to stay focused during work hours.Schedule regular short breaks during the workday.Leave time for full disconnection to recharge mentally and physically.Create Physical Separation if working from home.Leave work at the end of the day by shutting down computer and walking away.Prioritize sleep, healthy eating, and regular exercise daily in the morning as well as in the evening.Making time for hobbies or activities where I can enjoy.Delegate tasks both at work and home.Never hesitate to take  support from coworkers, family .
