What is your career plan?

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and have gained valuable industry experience working with three multinational companies (MNCs). Throughout my career, I have specialized in electrical maintenance and project execution, consistently demonstrating strong technical and analytical skills.

In my previous roles, I was responsible for overseeing the operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment, including HT/LT panels, transformers, motors, PLC systems, and energy meters. I played a pivotal role in managing and executing projects related to electrical system upgrades, automation, and safety improvements.

One of my key contributions was in the area of energy management and cost-saving initiatives. I identified inefficiencies in energy usage and successfully implemented energy-saving solutions such as LED retrofitting, power factor correction units, load balancing, and scheduling of peak load equipment. These measures led to significant reductions in energy consumption and operating costs, which directly benefited the company’s bottom line.

Moreover, I was actively involved in vendor coordination, preparing technical specifications, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (such as electrical safety audits), and maintaining documentation for ISO and other audits.

I am known for my commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in industrial electrical systems.
