What gives you direction in life?

After completing my 12th exam, I stood at a crossroads like many others my age. The world suddenly seemed filled with possibilities—and pressure. But one thing was clear: I wanted to build something real, something practical. Engineering felt like a path that offered structure, logic, and the power to solve real-world problems. So, I chose to pursue a diploma in engineering.

During those years of study, I wasn’t just learning technical skills—I was learning about myself. I realized that I enjoyed working with my hands and mind together. I liked the challenge of understanding how things worked and how they could be improved. I also understood that a job shouldn’t just be about earning money; it should also give confidence, meaning, and satisfaction.

When the time came to choose a job, I didn’t want to pick just any position. I wanted work that aligned with who I had become—someone who seeks clarity in tasks, confidence in action, and purpose in results. I looked for a role where I could apply my engineering skills in a way that felt valuable not just to a company, but to myself as well. A job where I could end the day feeling like I had made a small but important difference.

This decision to follow a meaningful path gave me a clear direction in life. It wasn’t just about a title or a paycheck. It was about doing work I could stand by, work that allowed me to grow, contribute, and feel proud of the journey I chose.
