Describe a risk you took that you do not regret.
One significant risk I took in my life was quitting my job after receiving a transfer. Instead of accepting the transfer and continuing with the same organization, I chose to leave the job entirely and start searching for new opportunities. It was a bold move, especially in today’s competitive job market, and it came with its own set of uncertainties and challenges.
Interestingly, this wasn’t the first time I made such a decision. Around 25 years ago, I faced a similar situation and chose the same path. Back then, too, it was not an easy decision—it was drastic, tough, and emotionally draining. But I followed my instincts, valuing my personal priorities and peace of mind over convenience or stability.
Both times, these decisions marked turning points in my life. Though they came with temporary struggles, they also brought growth, resilience, and a deeper understanding of what truly matters to me. I do not regret taking these risks, because they shaped who I am today.
