What makes you nervous?
Nervousness is a really natural human response, and it usually comes from a sense of uncertainty, fear of failure, or potential danger. Here are some common triggers:
Fear of judgment like public speaking or performing in front of others.
Unfamiliar situations like a new job, moving to a new place, or meeting new people.
Pressure to succeed during exams, interviews, or competitions.
Fear of consequences like making a mistake or disappointing others.
Lack of control when you can’t predict or influence what’s going to happen.
Physically, the brain releases adrenaline, which makes your heart race, palms sweat, stomach flutter that “nervous” feeling.
